anyway.... weather these days had been really hot and dry...
my lips are constantly dried and chipped.... =(
and it doesnt help when i stay in aircon room much of the time and
i dun get to drink much water tooo.....

drink more drink more drink more water!!!!
it's a joke that i tell ppl to drink more water in this hot weather yet i dun practice it myself... =(
