went for a run today with robson and zenov..
gosh... 真是要命....
hahahaha... think i've break for 3 yrs already since my last proper run...
we run from pgp to west coast park.
robson they all best lah... pick the longer route to west coast...
i got to admit i run until i pengz...
so on the journey back i really walked a lot...
walk so much till they cant stand me... =P
aiyo... muz understand that i'm still a ger mah... how to compare to guys stamina??
anyway, it's still feels good to run or exercise lah...
i need to stay healthy anyway...
besides running is a good way to keep the brain empty.
so i wont 胡思乱想...
but hopefully i'll have to determination to continue running... =)
